Do you serve other areas?We work only in Boca Grande. Keeping our service area small is what lets us reach any home fast, stay organized, and give every owner the attention their own property deserves.
What happens during a visit?We check doors, windows, water lines, air conditioning, humidity, pests, and the exterior, then send you a short written report with photos and clear notes the same day.
Do you handle rental homes?Yes. We prepare the home between guests, handle cleaning and any repairs, and keep a close eye on wear so the property always stays in excellent shape.
What about storms and emergencies?We prep before storms, check the home right after, and photograph any damage for your records. For emergencies we move first, then call you with the full details and a clear plan.
Can I change services later?Yes. Most owners start with one service and add others as the seasons change. Tell us what you need and we adjust the schedule, no long contract required.
Who does the actual work?Our own team handles cleaning, home watch, and small repairs. For larger jobs we bring in licensed local trades we know well and supervise all the work.
